About Us: Generation Change, Inc. was originally established in 2007 to serve as a civic engagement vehicle.

Generation Change is a 501(c)(3) organization that empowers fathers by providing mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement opportunities.

Fathers play a critical role in shaping strong families and thriving communities. When fathers are supported, they become better leaders at home and in society

By uniting fathers—especially Black fathers—we create a network of mentorship, shared experiences, and collective strength that fosters generational change. Together, we break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and build a legacy of engaged, responsible, and empowered fathers who uplift their children, families, and communities.
